May 2018 Prayer Requests

Please pray for the future summer Bible camp leaders who are being trained through Empower events in Belarus, Russia, Georgia, Ukraine, and Moldova in May!
  1. Please pray for School Without Walls (SWW) classes for the deaf community that are taking place in Kazakhstan this month. The students participating in these classes are experiencing persecution for their faith, and so for their safety the classes are being held in secret.
  2. Praise God for several Empower training conferences that are taking place in Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Russia, and Ukraine this month! During these strategic events, hundreds of SWW students and graduates will be equipped to lead summer Bible camps for at-risk children and youth.
  3. Pray for a team of SWW students in Tolyatti, Russia who have been building relationships with several families during the past two years. We hope these relationships will encourage these families to put their faith in Christ.
  4. Pray for the preparations for a Next Generation Professional Leaders Initiative (NGPLI) forum that will take place in Minsk, Belarus this fall.
  5. Please pray for a team of SWW students who are planting a new church in Uzbekistan, where Christians suffer harsh persecution.
  6. Pray for courage and wisdom for our SWW students in Russia as they continue sharing the hope of the gospel, even in the midst of escalating religious persecution.
  7. Pray for Ray and Cindy, our missionaries in Ukraine, as they partner with the International School of Tomorrow to lead a special event for 100 Christian students on May 7-9 as part of their ministry through the International Alliance for the Development of Christian Education.
  8. Praise God for our SWW students at Reconciliation Church in Bobruisk, Belarus who are faithfully sharing the gospel with their neighbors and preparing to lead summer Bible camps!
  9. Please pray for a team of SWW students from Perm, Russia as they prepare for a short-term mission trip to China this summer.
  10. Pray for a new church that a team of SWW graduates recently planted in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
  11. Pray for the leaders of Church Without Walls (CWW) in Pinsk, Belarus as they expand their ministry efforts to reach even more non-Christians with the gospel.
  12. Continue praying that our containers of humanitarian aid goods would clear customs in Ukraine, where millions of people continue to suffer because of the ongoing conflict.
  13. Please pray for Spiritual Renewal Church in Vladikavkaz, Russia, as they are expanding their ministry efforts in the midst of escalating religious persecution.
  14. Pray for SWW students from God’s Family Church in Brest, Belarus as they begin organizing summer Bible camps for unreached children and youth in their community.
  15. Pray for a group of deaf SWW students from a church in Kyzlord, Kazakhstan, as they are suffering harsh persecution at the hands of local authorities and their own families.
  16. Praise God for providing new ministry opportunities for our SWW students in Vladikavkaz, Russia, where they are leading preventative lectures in local schools and planting new churches!
  17. Pray for a training conference for young pastors that we are hosting in Irpin, Ukraine on May 18.
  18. Please pray for SWW students in Moldova as they prepare to lead six Time to Live youth events in five different cities this summer.
  19. Pray for a youth conference entitled Called by Christ, which is taking place in Ukraine today. During this event, we will be presenting our SWW model and inviting young people to get involved in this program.
  20. Pray for SWW students from Clean Heart Church in Brest, Moldova as they continue building relationships and sharing the love of Christ with young people who are aging out of a local orphanage.
  21. Please pray for two Time to Live youth events that SWW students will be leading in Russia’s North Caucasus this month.
  22. Continue praying for our brothers and sisters throughout Central Asia, where Christians are suffering harsh persecution for their faith.
  23. Pray for CWW in Pinsk, Belarus as they construct a new church building, where they will be holding services and evangelistic outreach events.
  24. Praise God that, after several months of applications, Georgiy, one of our SWW leaders in Vladikavkaz, Russia, has finally received a permit for temporary residency!
  25. Please pray for SWW students in Kazakhstan as they start planning several evangelistic events that will take place this summer.
  26. Pray for Reconciliation Church in Bobruisk, Belarus as they expand their youth ministry efforts to draw in even more non-Christian teens.
  27. Continue praying that God would provide new ministry opportunities for our SWW students throughout Russia’s North Caucasus.
  28. Pray that our SWW students all throughout Eurasia would finish the school year well and be energized for a summer filled with ministry.
  29. Pray for our ministry team in Krasnodar, Russia, where we recently purchased a piece of land where we are planning to build a new church.
  30. Continue praying that God would bring an end to the ongoing conflict in eastern Ukraine so this hurting nation can start to rebuild.
  31. Please pray for our ministry leaders and SWW students in Russia who will be distributing Scripture and sharing the gospel during the FIFA World Cup in June-July.

January 2018 Prayer Requests

Thank you for supporting our ministry in prayer in the new year! 

 

Please pray for our SWW students and leaders delivering Gifts of Hope on January 7, which is the date of Russian Orthodox Christmas

1. Praise God for two Next Generation Professional Leaders Initiative (NGPLI) conferences that recently took place in Belarus! About 1,000 young professionals participated in these events.

2. Please pray for 30 School Without Walls (SWW) students from Russia who will be participating in a mission trip to the North Caucasus to distribute Gifts of Hope to children in need on January 2-5.

3. Pray for Clean Heart Church in Brest, Belarus, as they are hosting an outreach event for 20-25 young families at the beginning of the month.

4. Pray for our SWW students as they bring Gifts of Hope to 78,000 children throughout Eurasia during the Orthodox Christmas season. Please also pray that the children who receive these gifts would find new hope and joy in Christ.

5. Praise God that, after four years of submitting applications, Church Without Walls (CWW) in Pinsk, Belarus is finally registered with the government! This is such an amazing answer to prayer and a powerful reminder of God’s faithfulness.

6. Please pray for a team of Mission Eurasia staff and volunteers from the US who will be participating in a mission trip to Moldova, where they will partner with SWW students to distribute Gifts of Hope on January 5-9.

7. Pray for special Christmas outreach events that our partner churches will be hosting throughout Eurasia this month.

8. Pray for a youth training club in Russia’s North Caucasus, where our SWW coordinators and ministry partners are reaching young people for Christ.

9. Please pray for a winter Bible camp that our SWW students in Azerbaijan will be hosting in the village of Nidzh, which is home to the Udi people group.

10. Pray for unity among the leaders of God’s Family Church in Minsk, Belarus as they expand their ministry efforts, particularly youth ministry.

11. Praise God for our strong partnerships with many churches and ministry organizations in Russia’s North Caucasus, through which we are expanding our ministry scope and planting new churches!

12. Pray for our SWW coordinators and teachers in Armenia as they lead several SWW sessions for about 30 students this month.

13. Please pray for Valeriy, our SWW coordinator in Kropotkin, Russia, who is trying to put together a church-planting team to launch a new church in Yelizavetinskaya.

14. Continue praying for our brothers and sisters in Central Asia who are fearlessly sharing the gospel in spite of escalating religious persecution.

15. Pray for an NGPLI conference that will take place in Lviv, Ukraine on January 15-16.

16. Pray for our many missionary partners in Russia’s North Caucasus who are faithfully developing and leading new ministry initiatives in their communities.

17. Please pray for an International Alliance for the Development of Christian Education (IADCE) conference that will take place in Ukraine on January 17-19. The Ukrainian Minister of Education is expected to attend.

18. Praise God that Reconciliation Church in Bobruisk, Belarus received the funds they needed to prepare their building for the cold winter weather!

19. Pray for several of our SWW leaders in Baku, Azerbaijan who have sacrificially committed to expanding SWW in their nation during the next three years.

20. Praise God for opening doors for our SWW students to host outreach events at local schools in Russia’s North Caucasus!

21. Please pray for Ray and Cindy, our missionaries in Ukraine, as they work with the IADCE team to distribute 1,500 copies of John Comenius: Visionary Reformer of Schools, by David Smith, to several different schools and universities in their nation.

22. Pray for Reconciliation Church in Bobruisk, Belarus as the church leaders expand their mentorship and youth ministry efforts.

23. Praise God for a recent SWW church-planting forum that took place in Kropotkin, Russia!

24. Continue praying that our containers of humanitarian aid for Ukraine would clear customs as quickly as possible so we can bring this aid to those in need.

25. Please pray for missionaries and church leaders throughout Russia who remain committed to proclaiming the gospel, even in the face of persecution.

26. Pray for the preparations for an upcoming NGPLI conference that will take place in Belarus.

27. Continue praying for Georgiy, one of our SWW coordinators in Russia, as his family is still trying to obtain Russian citizenship.

28. Pray for Khafiz, Lala, Shirvan, and Zaura, our SWW coordinators in Azerbaijan, as they pursue spiritual growth.

29. Please pray for Aleksandr, one of our SWW teachers in Russia’s North Caucasus, and his family, as they are planning to move to St. Petersburg this year to start a new SWW group.

30. Praise God for the fruitful ministry of the Living Israel rehabilitation center in Haifa, Israel!

31. Pray for the preparations for our Empower conferences, which will provide training for the SWW students and graduates who will be developing and leading our 2018 summer Bible camps.

December 2017 Prayer Requests

Please pray for our Gift of Hope Christmas outreach and the 78,000 children in need we plan to reach with the gospel!
  1. Please pray that God would use our Gift of Hope boxes, which School Without Walls (SWW) students will distribute throughout Eurasia during the Christmas season, to bring the eternal hope of Christ to hurting children.
  2. Praise God for a SWW seminar that recently took place at a newly planted church in Krasnodar, Russia! During this seminar, 28 new SWW students received practical ministry training, which they are now using to bring the gospel to their city.
  3. Church Without Walls (CWW) in Moldova is starting to rebuild their worship hall, which collapsed this past spring after a heavy snowfall. Please pray that this process would go smoothly.
  4. Pray for a team of missionaries from Novosibirsk, Russia, with whom we are partnering to share the gospel in some of the most volatile regions in the North Caucasus.
  5. Continue praying for CWW in Pinsk, Belarus, as they are still trying to register with local authorities while also expanding their various ministry efforts.
  6. Praise God for our strong partnerships with churches, organizations, and missionaries in Russia’s North Caucasus, which allow us to share the gospel throughout the region!
  7. Please pray for a group of SWW students in Israel who are leading a class to help Russian-speaking immigrants learn Hebrew.
  8. Continue praying for Hafiz, our SWW coordinator in Azerbaijan, as he faithfully shares the gospel in the midst of religious persecution.
  9. Pray for a Next Generation Professional Leaders Initiative (NGPLI) conference that will take place in Vinnitsa, Ukraine on December 10.
  10. Pray for SWW students in Yamal, Russia who are inviting youth from the Khanty and Mansi people groups to join our special missionary school.
  11. Praise God for several evangelistic events, including youth group meetings and a soccer tournament, that CWW in Pinsk, Belarus will be leading during the Christmas season!
  12. Please pray for a team of SWW students from Krasnodar, Russia who will be traveling to Tel Aviv, Israel to share the gospel with people who are receiving treatment at a rehabilitation center run by our partners at Living Israel.
  13. Continue praying that our containers of humanitarian aid goods for the hurting people of Ukraine would clear customs as quickly as possible.
  14. Pray for Mikhail, a SWW student from Moldova, who started new youth groups in three villages near his home. Mikhail has to walk to these villages, so please pray that God would protect him and give him strength.
  15. Please pray for two SWW seminars that will take place in Salekhard, Russia in mid-December. One of these seminars will be for young people in the city, and the other will be for youth from unreached people groups in the surrounding tundra.
  16. Praise God that four young girls were baptized at Reconciliation Church in Bobruisk, Belarus last month!
  17. Pray for SWW students who are helping to plant a new church in Stanitsa, Russia.
  18. Pray that God would provide a space where CWW in Pinsk, Belarus can hold evangelistic events.
  19. Please pray for an NGPLI roundtable and conference that will take place in Armenia this month.
  20. Pray for Chermen and Valeriy, two of our SWW coordinators in Russia, as they are facing personal struggles with health and finances.
  21. Continue praying for our brothers and sisters in Central Asia, who are boldly sharing the gospel, even in the midst of escalating persecution.
  22. Please pray for Eduard, one of our SWW coordinators in Moldova, whose family is experiencing financial challenges.
  23. Praise God for a new church in North Ossetia, Russia, which we helped to plant, and where SWW students are hosting evangelistic events for children and youth!
  24. Continue praying for Reconciliation Church in Bobruisk, Belarus, as they are still in need of resources to construct a church building.
  25. Pray that God would protect a tent that pastors and SWW leaders in Salekhard, Russia are using to host seminars and church meetings during the harsh winter months.

Praise God for Ray and Cindy, our missionaries in Ukraine, who recently led a conference for Christian educators, launched a website with resources for Christian teachers, and printed John Amos Comenius: Visionary Reformer of Schools in the Ukrainian language through the International Alliance for the Development of Christian Education!
  27. Please pray for Bridge Youth Club in Russia’s North Caucasus, where SWW students are training youth to impact their society for Christ.
  28. Pray for Reconciliation Church in Bobruisk, Belarus as they develop a mentorship program for their congregation.
  29. Pray for SWW students in Salekhard, Russia who will be leading a winter Bible camp for 50 teenagers on January 1-7.
  30. Please pray for a short-term mission team from the US that will be partnering with SWW students in Moldova to distribute Gift of Hope boxes to children in need on January 3-9.
  31. As we begin a new year of ministry, please pray that God would grant us wisdom and use our many initiatives to transform Eurasia for Christ.

 

November 2017 Prayer Requests

Please pray for our School Without Walls students preparing for our Gift of Hope outreach to children in need this Christmas season!

1. Praise God for our ReVision Research Initiative! The findings of this three-year project were used to publish eight volumes and six DVDs about church, ministry, and Eurasian society, along with new ministry models that can be used to advance God’s Kingdom throughout Eurasia.

2. Please pray for an upcoming Next Generation Professional Leaders Initiative (NGPLI) conference in Belarus, during which 200 young leaders will learn about using their professions as opportunities to share the gospel.

3. Pray for God’s will to be done in the presidential election taking place in Kyrgyzstan.

4. Continue praying for Church Without Walls (CWW) in Pinsk, Belarus, as they are still trying to register and construct their own building where they can worship and serve the community.

5. Praise God for a new School Without Walls (SWW) group that was formed in Lviv, Ukraine last month!

6. Please pray for Lighthouse Youth Club, a ministry of CWW in Moldova, as many young people who participated in this year’s summer Bible camps are now attending the youth club and getting involved in SWW activities.

7. Pray for the youth ministry team at God’s Family Church in Minsk, Belarus, as they are looking for a leader while also serving young people in their community.

8. Continue praying for our brothers and sisters in Russia as they tirelessly share the gospel with their hurting and unreached neighbors, even in the midst of religious persecution.

9. New religion laws related to children and youth ministry are being developed in Kazakhstan, so please pray that God would continue opening doors for Christians to share the gospel, despite potential new restrictions.

10. Pray for an upcoming NGPLI conference for 150 Christian consultants, which will take place in Belarus.

11. Praise God that some of our containers of humanitarian aid have cleared customs in Ukraine! And please pray that the rest of our containers would clear as quickly as possible.

12. Continue praying for our ministry workers and partners throughout Central Asia as they fearlessly share the gospel in this volatile region.

13. Pray for Reconciliation Church in Bobruisk, Belarus, as they recently started a youth club at their church and are trying to finish constructing their church building.

14. Pray for our SWW coordinators in Moldova, that they would serve as examples for their students and equip them to start new ministry projects in their communities.

15. Please pray for CWW in Pinsk, Belarus as they expand their small group and youth ministry efforts.

16. Praise God for our SWW coordinators and students in Israel, whom He is using to lead His chosen people to new life in the Messiah!

17. Continue praying for the new church in Minsk, Belarus that pastors from Reconciliation Church in Bobruisk are helping to plant.

18. Pray for our SWW leaders and students in Russia’s Far North, who are bringing the gospel to the most remote regions in their nation.

19. Pray for pastors from CWW in Pinsk, Belarus as they participate in a six-month ministry study program.

20. Please pray for spiritual revival in Central Asia and Russia’s North Caucasus, where many people have never heard the gospel and are living in the midst of violence and turmoil.

21. Pray for Ray and Cindy, our missionaries in Ukraine, as they continue providing valuable ministry training and tools for Christian teachers through the International Alliance for the Development of Christian Education.

22. Praise God for NGPLI events taking place at CWW in Pinsk, Belarus! Please pray that the young leaders participating in these events would use their professions to grow God’s Kingdom and serve their neighbors.

23. Pray for SWW students in Haifa, Israel, who visit a group of 500 Holocaust survivors 2-3 times each month, bringing them desperately needed food, and even more importantly, the hope of the gospel.

24. Continue praying for an end to the conflict in eastern Ukraine, where so many people are struggling to survive with limited access to food, water, heat, and other basic necessities.

25. Pray for wisdom for the pastor of God’s Family Church in Minsk, Belarus and his family, as his children are deciding which professions they would like to pursue.

26. Please pray that God would provide new ministry opportunities for our SWW students and graduates all throughout Eurasia so they can impact their nations for Christ.

27. Pray for our SWW students in Ukraine as they start preparing to distribute 25,000 Gift of Hope Christmas boxes to hurting, vulnerable children in their nation.

28. Praise God for a special youth meeting that we hosted in Yerevan, Armenia on October 29!

29. Pray for SWW students in Moldova as they prepare to distribute Gifts of Hope during the Christmas season. A short-term missions team from the US will also participate in these efforts, so pray that God would use them for His glory.

30. Please pray that God would faithfully provide for our ministry as we enter the holiday season and the end of the calendar year.

Please pray for a social outreach center that SWW students are launching in Rishon LeZion, Israel, where they are sharing the Messiah’s love with God’s chosen people.

1. Praise God that many of the young people who attended summer Bible camp in Moldova are now going to Church Without Walls (CWW)!

2. Please continue praying for Reconciliation Church in Bobruisk, Belarus, as they are still trying to register with local authorities while also expanding their many ministry programs.

3. Pray for School Without Walls (SWW) coordinators, teachers, and students in Russia’s North Caucasus as they present this strategic program to potential church partners.

4. Pray for a social outreach center that SWW students are launching in Rishon LeZion, Israel, where they are sharing the Messiah’s love with God’s chosen people.

5. Please pray for Dmitriy, our SWW coordinator at Clean Heart Church in Brest, Belarus, as he and his wife are currently housing three orphans: Sasha, Roman, and Valera.

6. Praise God for a Next Generation Professional Leaders Initiative (NGPLI) conference that recently took place in Novorossiysk, Russia!

7. Pray for three new SWW centers in Briceni, Chisinau, and Orhei, Moldova, where even more young leaders are being prepared for ministry in their own cities.

8. Pray for our ministry team in Azerbaijan as they prepare to host an NGPLI conference.

9. Continue praying for CWW in Pinsk, Belarus as they expand their youth ministry and small groups, even in the midst of financial challenges.

10. Praise God for a SWW training seminar on sharing the gospel with Buddhists and Muslims, which recently took place in Kalmykia, Russia!

11. Please pray for our SWW coordinators and teachers in Georgia as they grow their partnerships with local churches and expand their ministry efforts.

12. Continue praying for Sergei and Slava, two pastors from Reconciliation Church in Bobruisk, Belarus, as they plant a new church in Minsk.

13. Pray for an NGPLI forum that will take place in Lutsk, Ukraine on October 14. We anticipate that 450 young professionals will participate in this forum, where they will learn how to effectively share the gospel in their spheres of influence.

14. Pray for our SWW graduates in Perm, Russia, who started a puppet ministry to share the gospel with children living orphanages.

15. Praise God for a worship event that took place in Armenia last month! About 40 people participated in this event, and three of them accepted Christ as their Savior!

16. Please pray for two new SWW groups in Azerbaijan, through which we are preparing young leaders to partner with local churches and reach their neighbors with the gospel.

17. Pray for our SWW leaders in Yekaterinburg, Russia, as they launched a new SWW group last month and are preparing to host a special conference for SWW graduates.

18. Pray for a SWW coordinators meeting that will take place in Ukraine on October 19-20. We anticipate that 50 SWW coordinators from eight countries will participate in this meeting.

19. Please pray for the leaders of Clean Heart Church in Brest, Belarus, who are working with their first SWW group.

20. Pray for our ministry leaders in Russia’s North Caucasus as they lead new church-planting and outreach efforts, even in the midst of escalating religious persecution.

21. Praise God for four families in Azerbaijan who accepted Christ as their Savior during one of our summer Bible camps!

22. Pray for the upcoming dedication ceremony of Good News Church in Ardon, Russia, which one of our SWW graduates, Chermen, helped to plant.

23. Please pray for an International Alliance for the Development of Christian Education (IADCE) conference for Christian teachers that Ray and Cindy, our missionaries in Ukraine, will be helping to lead on October 23-25.

24. Pray for the many new SWW groups that we are planning to launch in Tajikistan this year.

25. Continue praying for CWW in Pinsk, Belarus, as they are still trying to register while also helping to form a new NGPLI group.

26. Praise God for a puppet ministry in Azerbaijan, through which our SWW students are sharing the gospel with 300 children!

27. Please continue praying that our containers of humanitarian aid goods for the hurting people of Ukraine would clear customs as quickly as possible.

28. Pray for Aram, our SWW coordinator in Armenia, who will be leading a marriage and family seminar in Bulgaria at the end of the month.

29. Pray for Georgiy, one of our SWW leaders in Vladikavkaz, Russia, who has experienced many delays while applying for Russian citizenship.

30. Please pray for the development of the IADCE website, which will provide valuable resources for Christian teachers in Ukraine and beyond.

31. Pray for Kyrgyzstan’s presidential elections, which will take place in November. The nation’s current leaders are strictly regulating religious organizations, so please pray that Kyrgyzstan’s new president would protect religious freedom.

Thank you for steadfastly supporting Mission Eurasia and our young Next Generation Christian leaders in prayer! We are so grateful for your prayers. Here are our September prayer requests for our ministry:

1. Praise God for the thousands of children throughout Eurasia who were introduced to Jesus for the very first time during this year’s summer Bible camps!

2. Please pray that God would be at work in the hearts of the many young people in Georgia who watched our livestream coverage of a summer Bible camp and put their faith in Jesus.

3. Pray for Andrey and his wife, Zhenya, who moved to Chechnya in Russia’s North Caucasus to serve as missionaries and are now working with our School Without Walls (SWW) students and ministry partners.

4. Pray that God would work through our SWW leaders in Belarus as they launch this year’s program and prepare even more young leaders for effective ministry.

5. Praise God that authorities in Kazakhstan haven’t moved forward with their case against SWW students who are working with the deaf community! This is such a wonderful answer to prayer.

6. Please continue praying for our SWW leaders, students, and graduates in Russia’s North Caucasus as they share the gospel in the midst of religious persecution.

7. Pray for the leaders of Church Without Walls (CWW) in Pinsk, Belarus as they expand their many ministry projects to grow God’s Kingdom in their nation.

14. Pray for our SWW coordinator in Kazakhstan, as his wife is suffering from insomnia, and his mother and sister are looking for an apartment for his grandmother.

15. Praise God for four new SWW centers in Ukraine, where our SWW leaders are planning to train 12 different groups of students this year!

16. Pray for a Next Generation Professional Leaders Initiative (NGPLI) conference that will take place in Novorossiysk, Russia on September 16-17.

17. Please pray for an outreach center that we are opening in Rishon LeZion to help our SWW students more effectively share the hope of the gospel with God’s chosen people.

18. Pray for CWW in Pinsk, Belarus as they continue faithfully bringing the gospel to their community through women’s ministry and English classes for non-Christian youth.

19. Praise God that the new church we are helping to build in Ardon, Russia will soon be ready for worship services, missionary meetings, and youth events!

20. Pray that God would provide new ministry opportunities for our SWW students and graduates in Georgia during the 2017-2018 academic year.

21. Please continue praying for Georgiy, our SWW coordinator in Russia, as he and his family are still trying to obtain Russian citizenship.

28. Pray for Aram, our SWW coordinator in Armenia, and his church’s youth ministry, as he recently appointed a SWW student to lead this strategic ministry.

29. Pray for a spiritual revival in Russia, where people are still being deceived by the nation’s media outlets and its atheistic, communist past.

August 2017 Prayer Requests

1. Praise God for the team of 10 young people from ShareWord Global, one of our partner ministries in Canada, who shared the gospel with 700 children at eight different summer Bible camps in Moldova last month!

2. Please continue praying for our School Without Walls (SWW) students and graduates throughout Eurasia who are organizing and leading summer Bible camps for unreached children and youth.

3. Pray for a new Christian school in Russia’s Yamal Peninsula that we are partnering with, as they are inviting young people to sign up for their first session in October.

4. Pray for Slavik and Sergey, two of the leaders of Reconciliation Church in Bobruisk, Belarus, who are starting a new church in Minsk.

5. Please keep praying for an end to the conflict in Ukraine, where more than three million people are in desperate need of humanitarian assistance.

6. Praise God for Light magazine and the Gospel Without Borders New Testament, which our SWW students and graduates are distributing throughout Russia’s volatile North Caucasus!

7. Pray for Church Without Walls (CWW) in Pinsk, Belarus as the leaders continue growing their small group ministry and begin planning next year’s ministry programs.

8. Thank you for praying for our SWW leaders in Kazakhstan who were facing legal trouble because of their work with the deaf community! The case against Artyom, one of the leaders, was dropped, but we would still appreciate prayer for his church, which may be fined.

9. Pray for SWW students in Russia who are planning to lead summer Bible camps for unreached children from the Tatar people group.

10. Praise God for our growing partnership with Living Israel, which is helping us share the gospel with the Russian-speaking population in the Holy Land!

22. Praise God for a new church that Chermen, one of our partner pastors in Russia’s North Caucasus, is planting in the city of Ardon!

23. Pray for our SWW team in Yekaterinburg, Russia, as they are visiting elderly people living in remote regions and presenting SWW at a local church.

24. Please pray for a youth congress that the Baptist Union of Belarus is hosting on August 24-26. Some of our ministry workers will be speaking during this event, and we hope that their words will inspire young people to get involved in ministry.

25. Continue praying that our containers of humanitarian aid for Ukraine would clear customs as quickly as possible so we can bring this desperately needed aid to those who are suffering.

26. Praise God for our SWW students, ministry leaders, and partners in Russia’s North Caucasus who are fearlessly distributing Scripture and sharing God’s love with the unreached!

27. Pray for Ruslan, a man from Russia’s Yamal Peninsula who received the gospel in the Khanty language and is now preparing to be baptized. He and his son have endured great suffering and are in need of God’s healing.

28. Please pray for Alexey, our SWW coordinator in Kazakhstan, and his family, as his mother is looking for a job and his wife is looking into studying theology in Russia.

29. Praise God for a container of rice meals that we are shipping to Moldova, where poverty and unemployment rates are very high!

30. Pray that God would be at work in the hearts of the children and youth who participated in this year’s summer Bible camps so that they may come to know Jesus as their personal Savior.

31. Please pray for our 2017-2018 SWW program, which we are launching all across Eurasia and Israel next month.

  1. Please continue praying that God would use this year’s summer Bible camps throughout Eurasia to lead even more children and youth to Christ.
  2. Praise God for a team of our partners from ShareWord Global in Canada who will be serving alongside our School Without Walls (SWW) students and other Next Generation leaders in Moldova to distribute Scripture pieces during our summer Bible camps.
  3. Pray for Rashid and Erin, our missionaries in Perm, Russia, who will be traveling to the US this summer to present their ministry at churches and raise support.
