September 2017 Prayer Requests

Diana (15) and Albina (11), two sisters who accepted Jesus for the first time at a Bible camp this summer in Russia, with a School Without Walls camp leader

Thank you for steadfastly supporting Mission Eurasia and our young Next Generation Christian leaders in prayer! We are so grateful for your prayers. Here are our September prayer requests for our ministry:

1. Praise God for the thousands of children throughout Eurasia who were introduced to Jesus for the very first time during this year’s summer Bible camps!

2. Please pray that God would be at work in the hearts of the many young people in Georgia who watched our livestream coverage of a summer Bible camp and put their faith in Jesus.

3. Pray for Andrey and his wife, Zhenya, who moved to Chechnya in Russia’s North Caucasus to serve as missionaries and are now working with our School Without Walls (SWW) students and ministry partners.

4. Pray that God would work through our SWW leaders in Belarus as they launch this year’s program and prepare even more young leaders for effective ministry.

5. Praise God that authorities in Kazakhstan haven’t moved forward with their case against SWW students who are working with the deaf community! This is such a wonderful answer to prayer.

6. Please continue praying for our SWW leaders, students, and graduates in Russia’s North Caucasus as they share the gospel in the midst of religious persecution.

7. Pray for the leaders of Church Without Walls (CWW) in Pinsk, Belarus as they expand their many ministry projects to grow God’s Kingdom in their nation.

8. Pray for our SWW students’ growing partnership with Living Israel in Rishon LeZion, Israel, where they are leading home groups to share the Good News with their neighbors.

9. Praise God that some of our containers of humanitarian aid goods for Ukraine have cleared customs and are now being distributed to those in need!

10. Please continue praying for Hafiz, our SWW coordinator in Azerbaijan, as he and his family are faithfully serving the Lord, despite religious persecution.

11. Pray for a youth conference that our SWW leaders and students in Armenia will be hosting this month.

12. Pray for young leaders at CWW in Pinsk, Belarus, as they want to get more involved in their community and invite their peers to youth events at their church.

13. Please pray for two new SWW centers that we are opening in Chisinau, Moldova to prepare dozens of new students for effective ministry.

14. Pray for our SWW coordinator in Kazakhstan, as his wife is suffering from insomnia, and his mother and sister are looking for an apartment for his grandmother.

15. Praise God for four new SWW centers in Ukraine, where our SWW leaders are planning to train 12 different groups of students this year!

16. Pray for a Next Generation Professional Leaders Initiative (NGPLI) conference that will take place in Novorossiysk, Russia on September 16-17.

17. Please pray for an outreach center that we are opening in Rishon LeZion to help our SWW students more effectively share the hope of the gospel with God’s chosen people.

18. Pray for CWW in Pinsk, Belarus as they continue faithfully bringing the gospel to their community through women’s ministry and English classes for non-Christian youth.

19. Praise God that the new church we are helping to build in Ardon, Russia will soon be ready for worship services, missionary meetings, and youth events!

20. Pray that God would provide new ministry opportunities for our SWW students and graduates in Georgia during the 2017-2018 academic year.

21. Please continue praying for Georgiy, our SWW coordinator in Russia, as he and his family are still trying to obtain Russian citizenship.

22. Pray for a NGPLI seminar that will take place in Cherkassy, Ukraine on September 23.

23. Continue praying for our SWW students and graduates in Central Asia as they fearlessly share the gospel in the face of persecution.

24. Please pray that God would provide a way for us to finish repairing the roof of CWW in Chisinau, Moldova, which was destroyed by heavy snowfall in the spring.

25. Pray that God would continue providing new ministry opportunities for our SWW students in Armenia.

26. Praise God for our ministry team and missionary partners throughout Russia’s North Caucasus who are developing and expanding their ministry initiatives in this volatile region!

27. Please pray that God would provide for the transportation needs of CWW in Pinsk, Belarus so SWW students can continue conducting ministry all throughout the nation.

28. Pray for Aram, our SWW coordinator in Armenia, and his church’s youth ministry, as he recently appointed a SWW student to lead this strategic ministry.

29. Pray for a spiritual revival in Russia, where people are still being deceived by the nation’s media outlets and its atheistic, communist past.

30. Please pray that God would continue working in the hearts of the Udi people in Azerbaijan, who are hungry for God’s Word and have been participating in summer Bible camps and other evangelistic events.
